Being a proud grandmother, this family portrait of a loving grandmother and her adorable baby granddaughter touches me personally. The warmth and tenderness of the grandmother’s love is palpable. Though my grandchildren are older now, the painting brings back those sweet memories of holding them as babies. To me, the portrait captures that special bond between generations and the enduring relationships that exist within families. I still remember cuddling up with my grandmother.
