When painting this wedding portrait commission in sepia, I didn’t want to detract from the beautiful bride and groom during their first dance. I wanted to only hint at the wedding guests surrounding them. And I think this comes across in the timeless simplicity of their sepia painting. I love capturing these loving moments in relationships.
