Project Description
This portrait painting of grandparents was commissioned by the couples’ daughter. It was so much fun to create. I got to paint refrigerator magnets, wallpaper, a decorative plate, part of a clothes dryer, a tattoo, Pabst beer cans, and (horrors!) I added a lighted cigarette in their ashtray. It’s definitely a “slice of life” of these lovable seniors referencing their 1995 photo.
