Project Description
I was very honored to have been commissioned to create a custom portrait painting of this couple. It is the third time the wonderful husband has surprised his wife with one of my portrait paintings.
I chose to soften the background of the portrait so that the couple would be the focal point without distractions. Luckily I found a photo of her straw hat among the many reference photos I received.
