Project Description
This commissioned portrait of 2 little girls is one of 6 children’s portraits I’ve painted for my dear client, Edgar, and his family. We have become friends and I am honored to have painted so many large wall portraits for him. These two children are Edgar’s goddaughters. I loved painting the little girls’ cute poses and expressions and the eyelet in their white dresses. For the background, I googled the parks near their home in Louisiana to find trees that are native to the area.
