A Portrait Commission of Grandchildren

Cute Cousins!

The children’s grandfather commissioned the portrait of his grandchildren as a surprise for their grandmother’s birthday. They are the children of his three daughters. I rearranged the children’s poses to give each of them more room. Fortunately their moms had sent lots of photos from that session, so I could refer to various poses of each child. Their grandfather had built the iron butterfly bench on the family’s ranch.
